Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Returns Accepted: We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original condition.
  • Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Process (Remorse/Changed Mind): If you have changed your mind, you may refuse the package with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS/UPS) upon delivery. The package must remain unopened. It will be returned to us at no cost to you.
  • Refunds: Once the unopened item is received and processed—approximately 3 days after arrival—a full refund of the item cost will be issued.
  • Damaged/Unreceived Items: All damaged, incorrect, or lost items will be handled through Etsy Purchase Protection policy.

How to Initiate an Etsy Return:

  1. Go to your Etsy account and select the order.
  2. Click “Help with Order” to contact the seller.

Etsy will provide a full refund (including shipping) for orders up to $250 (including shipping and taxes) if the item:

  • Doesn’t arrive.
  • Arrives after the estimated delivery date window.
  • Arrives damaged.
  • Differs significantly from the item description or photos.
